Ramin Niami- President

Director, Writer, Producer (PGA, Producer Guild of America member)

Ramin Niami is an Iranian born, US based writer, director and producer of feature films and documentaries. Ramin wrote, produced and directed the theatrical feature films Somewhere in the City (U.S. theatrical: Artistic License/HBO), Paris (Showtime/Warner Brothers Home Video), and Shirin in Love (U.S. Theatrical: AMC Independent/ Vision Films). His feature films have been shown in many international film festivals such as Tribeca Film International and Hoff International Film Festival, and released theatrically and on platforms including HBO, Cinemax, TMC, and Showtime. Ramin’s documentary films include the award-winning feature documentary, Babe’s and Ricky’s Inn. Most recently he directed psychological thriller/horror film Eye Without A Face.

Ramin has produced a number of independent narrative and documentary feature films. Most recently, he produced The Box, directed by Sasha Sibley, which was released early this year. Previously, he produced the theatrical dramatic feature film Magic Lantern written and directed by Amir Naderi, starring Monk Serrell-Freed, Sophie Lane Curtis, Robert Beltran and Jacqueline Bisset and shot in Los Angeles, which premiered in the Venice International Film Festival in September 2018.

Reza Narimizadeh- Sound Supervisor & Sound Editor

Reza Narimizadeh is an Iranian born, US based sound editor and sound designer who has worked on over thirty award-winning feature films. He is best known for his work as Sound Editor of the Academy Award-winning films A Separation(2012) and The Salesman (2016) directed by Asghar Farhadi. Additionally, he did the sound editing for prolific, award-winning director Abbas Kiarostami's films Like Someone in Love and Shirin

Reza most recently worked on The Box directed by Sasha Sibley and Eye Without A Face directed by Ramin Niami.

Tara Violet Niami- Cinematographer and Photographer

Tara Violet Niami is an award-winning photographer and cinematographer from Los Angeles. Tara holds an MFA from American Film Institute Conservatory in Cinematography and a BFA in photography at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. 

Tara made her feature film debut as the cinematographer of Eye Without A Face

In addition to the film, Tara has shot short form work including narrative, documentary, fashion film, and music videos. This work includes Who Do You Protect? a social justice centered documentary short (being developed into a feature) about the relationship between the Los Angeles Police Union and city legislators, and a fashion film for designer Mithridate, which premiered virtually at London Fashion Week. Her previous collaboration with the directors was for Madame Gandhi's “See Me Thru” music video, premiering on Billboard and featured on the NY Times’ music section. It is currently doing the festival circuit internationally.
